Papaya Smoothie Cleanse

Ingredients

  • Fresh papaya chunks, 1 cup
  • Papaya seeds, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Flax seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds, 1/2 tablespoon
  • Pomegranate seeds, 1/2 tablespoon
  • Trader Joe's Power Greens, 1 handful (or substitute spinach or kale)
  • Coconut water, 16 oz

Directions

  1. Add all measured ingredients to blender and blend for about a minute.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
