Ingredients
3 organic peaches
2 cups water
2 teaspoons organic monk fruit extract powder
Directions
Wash peaches and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Add peaches, water and monkfruit to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer mixture for about 15 minutes, stiring occassionally.
Remove from stove and blend mixture into a smooth sauce with an electric whisk.
Allow sauce to cool and then drizzle over french toast, pancakes or waffles.
Garnish with sliced peaches or top with blueberries.
