Homemade Peach Syrup

Ingredients

  • 3 organic peaches
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons organic monkfruit extract powder

Directions

  1. Wash peaches and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Add peaches, water and monkfruit to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer mixture for about 15 minutes, stiring occassionally.
  4. Remove from stove and blend mixture into a smooth sauce with an electric whisk.
  5. Allow sauce to cool and then drizzle over french toast, pancakes or waffles.
  6. Garnish with sliced peaches or top with blueberries.
