
Ingredients
- 3 organic peaches
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons organic monkfruit extract powder
Directions
- Wash peaches and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Add peaches, water and monkfruit to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer mixture for about 15 minutes, stiring occassionally.
- Remove from stove and blend mixture into a smooth sauce with an electric whisk.
- Allow sauce to cool and then drizzle over french toast, pancakes or waffles.
- Garnish with sliced peaches or top with blueberries.
